Planned division of Metrostav DIZ s.r.o.

with effect from 1 November 2025, Metrostav DIZ s.r.o. was split into two companies.

• Plant 2 (excluding selected foreign orders) was separated into a new company called Metrostav DIZ a.s.
• The original Metrostav DIZ s.r.o. changed its name to Metrostav CZ s.r.o. from this date

The step is part of the Metrostav Group’s long-term strategy and is aimed at more efficient management of activities and ensuring further development of both companies.
