Division 3 Starts Construction of AFI Home Strašnice

The main phase of the construction of the AFI Home Strašnice rental housing project in Prague 10 was officially launched yesterday. Together with representatives of AFI Czech Republic and the borough of Prague 10, we took the opportunity to tap the cornerstone and place a time capsule for future generations. Division 3 was represented at the event by its director Jan Hehejík and project manager Jan Krajdl.

The AFI Home Strašnice project is being built on a brownfield site and will provide a total of 519 rental apartments with layouts ranging from studio to three bedrooms. The site will also include commercial space and parking. The construction work is divided into two phases, scheduled for completion in 2028 and 2029.
