Billing Information

1. For the purposes of this document, an invoice shall mean either an invoice or a corrective tax document (credit note).
All other documents must be delivered in paper form or electronically to the delivery addresses specified in the contract or purchase order, or to the company’s data mailbox.

2. The due date of the invoice is specified in the contract or purchase order and is calculated from the date of its delivery to the delivery address stated below. Unless otherwise agreed by contract, the payment date of the invoice shall mean the date the payment order is submitted to the bank.

3. The invoice must comply with all statutory requirements. In addition, it must contain at least the following information:

  • Contract or purchase order number

  • Department number or construction site name

  • Description of the performance as per the contract or purchase order

  • Any other agreed details as per the contract or purchase order

If the invoice does not contain the above details, contains incorrect information, or concerns defective performance, the client is entitled to request its revision. Upon delivery of the corrected or newly issued invoice, a new due period shall begin.

4. All invoices must be delivered to the company’s central mailroom in one of the following ways:

  • In paper form to the address:

    • “Invoice for PO” + client’s purchase order number.

  • The client’s contract or purchase order number must also appear on the first page of the invoice.

  • Only one document may be attached to each email – i.e. the invoice itself and all its attachments must be contained in a single PDF document (in case of extensive attachments exceeding 100 pages, these may be sent as a separate attachment in the same email).

  • An invoice sent by email must not be resent or sent again by post in paper form.

  • Invoices that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the sender’s address. Such returned invoices are not considered validly delivered.

5. In case of questions regarding invoice due dates, please always contact the person who placed the order.
