Reinforced Concrete Structures

Capacities for the production of reinforced concrete monolithic structures are an important pillar of our own production programme. We have the experience and skills of nearly two hundred qualified employees, strong technical facilities in the form of our own reinforcement plant and a rental outlet for formwork and scaffolding, as well as a carpentry shop for the production of complex atypical formwork elements. However, the biggest asset is the stable, responsible and tried-and-tested team of experienced technicians and manual workers.

We work with the best experts in the field, including designers, structural engineers for reinforced concrete, formwork specialists, material suppliers and concrete mix manufacturers.

We specialise in the delivery of monolithic structures in many construction segments, in particular civil, water management, industrial and residential projects. We are experienced in the execution of visual, waterproof and high-value concretes.

We use only tried-and-tested system formwork, as well as the most advanced means of collective protection, on construction projects.

Nuclear Power Unit

It operates at nuclear power plant sites in the preparation, construction, operation, maintenance, demolition and decommissioning of structures and equipment for nuclear power plants, including handling and management of radioactive waste.

The unit has carried out contracts of various types at Temelín, Dukovany, Mochovce and Jaslovské Bohunice nuclear power plants.

Engineering Structures and Utility Networks

The activities of our specialised facilities are focused on the construction of civil engineering structures, such as water pipelines, sewerage systems, cable lines, product pipelines and heat pipelines.

Lining sewers with classic masonry blocks has not disappeared from our skill set.

In connection with the renewal of urban infrastructure, we often provide complete reconstruction of street spaces, including construction readiness for final road layering.

As a company, we are certified to work in non-public airport areas.

Production and Assembly of Lightweight Envelopes

Our specialised lightweight envelope (LE) unit is located in our own production facility in Nymburk with an area of 13,000 sqm, of which 6,000 sqm is production space.

The unit’s activities include comprehensive LE deliveries with a focus on the production of windows, doors, post-and-beam façades, modular façades, skylights and other structures made of aluminium systems. Our services range from project activities and solution design to production documentation, production preparation, actual production and on-site execution.

Depending on the type of construction, the total capacity of our production plant is up to 60,000 sqm of installed façade systems per year.

Reconstruction and Restoration of Monuments

This highly specialised unit focuses on the reconstruction of listed buildings. It provides services in the field of restoration, reconditioning and production of replicas of historical elements.

It also provides comprehensive accompanying services, such as historical, technical and restoration surveys of buildings and restoration plans.

The restoration studio operating as a part of the unit handles the restoration of joinery elements, windows, doors and wood panelling, including related technologies, varnishing works including graining and shellac polishes, related arts and crafts works—glass restoration, gilding, replicas of fittings, restoration of locksmith and artisan metalwork elements, restoration of arts and crafts furniture including marquetry and inlay. It makes replicas of windows, doors and wall tiles.

It also specialises in atypical fire dampers for historical buildings.
